Enhance your practice with a tailored experience of a private 1:1 appointment at my home studio in Pokolbin. Both matwork and reformer are available which we can discuss our plan in the initial consult. Please ensure to book the Initial Consult for your first appointment.

The initial consult will involve a postural assessment, review your goals of the sessions, smaller session and develop a plan to suit your needs.

The private sessions subsequently will be a 45-minute Pilates flow and review progress. If a time is not available that suits you, please email and ask for a time that is suitable, I may be able to accommodate.
