Looking for a more personalised approach to your practice? Consider a private mat or reformer session at my personal studio or online. These are 1 hour sessions tailored to your goals.

Group Online Mat & Reformer

Take your practice with you ANYWHERE! Join in live group online classes Monday & Tuesday evenings.

Event
